My name is Dr. L., and I hold my Doctor of Musical Arts in Flute (with a minor in Jazz) from Louisiana State University. I am a passionate music educator currently teaching at the college level, with many of my past students reaching high levels of success in solo competitions, region bands, all-state, and more. I love working with all ages, from beginners to professionals.
It is my goal to make each of my students a successful, self-sufficient player who is able to eventually become their own teacher. I work to tailor a plan for each of my students depending on their specific goals and wishes.
