I am a medical student with a strong background in science, language, and mentorship, and I bring a passionate, individualized approach to tutoring. I earned my Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from Rice University, earning high academic distinction. I have extensive experience teaching peers and younger students across a range of subjects, from biology, chemistry, biochemistry, and organic chemistry, as well as MCAT prep and USMLE prep.

My teaching journey began in college, where I worked as a peer tutor and led group study sessions for students struggling in foundational science courses. Later, I expanded my teaching to more formal settings, founding and leading several electives at my medical school. Over two years, I designed and taught a curriculum blending language, cultural competency, and applied communication skills to more than 25 students. This experience taught me how to adapt to diverse learning styles, whether teaching one-on-one or guiding larger groups.
