I am a dedicated education professional with a strong foundation in both academic support and leadership. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, a Master of Science in Management and Leadership, and I am currently pursuing a Doctorate of Education (Ed.D.) with a focus on educational leadership and student success. My academic background equips me with a deep understanding of educational systems, organizational structure, and the importance of student-centered learning.

Over the past several years, I have gained experience working with students in both K-12 and higher education settings. I served as an academic assessment scorer for grades 6–12 and college-level coursework, providing detailed feedback aligned with state and national standards. I also worked in student support roles in college environments, where I helped guide students through enrollment, academic advising, and course planning. My approach to tutoring emphasizes patience, engagement, and building confidence. I strive to meet students where they are, using real-life examples, active listening, and scaffolded learning to help them grasp difficult concepts.

I have worked with students of diverse backgrounds and academic levels, and I understand the importance of cultural responsiveness, encouragement, and structure. Whether tutoring in business subjects, writing support, or executive functioning skills, I tailor each session to the student’s unique learning style.
