My name is Arman, and I am a recent graduate from Rice University with years of tutoring and teaching experience.
I've supported more than 50 K-12 students in mathematics, reading, writing, and ACT/SAT preparation, helping build confidence while also improving academic performance and test-taking skills.
At Rice University, I have also been a teaching assistant and peer tutor for organic chemistry, general chemistry, and general biology to support college students with approaching difficult subject matter.
I have also scored in the 99-100th percentile of standardized tests such as the SAT and DAT.
Beyond tutoring, I have extensive experience mentoring students through the dental school admissions process. In my own experience applying, I received 11 interview invitations and 11 acceptances. I received admissions to top state programs such as the University of Texas, the University of Michigan, UCLA, and top Ivy League programs including the University of Pennsylvania and Columbia University. In addition to admission, I was also able to secure thousands of dollars in merit-based scholarships from multiple programs. I am well-equipped to support all students with their applications and interviews to dental school.
