Bio

Hi! My name is Nazar and I'm currently attending Texas A&M University for Aerospace Engineering. While I am only in my second year, because of the amount of self-study and AP credit I received in high school, I have already taken all the basic calculus courses (1, 2, 3) and linear algebra. I have also taken physics 1 and 2 (meaning Mechanics and E&M). I currently have a 4.0 GPA, and I rarely get less than an A on exams and finals.

Even in high school, I always loved teaching my peers. I was always the person to come to if you didn't quite get something. Reading Richard Feynman's 'Lectures on Physics' transcended my ability to teach to a new level. I gained not only new understanding of physics but a new technique to teaching. Feynman's technique is my most utilized and adored approach for teaching peers. The first step in my application of this technique is to learn the content. My excellence in rigorous college classes is a good example of this. The next step is to teach others about it that may be just starting, or have gaps in their understanding that they'd like to fill. The keystone of Feynman's technique is to teach as simply as possible, and try to create notable analogies that can simply concepts that are normally difficult to grasp. As I learn and teach, those are the methods that I employ. And I feel that I have gotten very good at using them, both in and outside of the classroom. If you are struggling to understand or memorize concepts, details, or formulae, I think I can help explain them to you in such a way that it will be difficult to forget!

The students and peers that I have taught have ranged from high school students to undergraduate college students that may be struggling in classes that I have already taken. I have about 3 years of experience tutoring friends and acquaintances one on one, either in classes I am taking, or have already taken. I've helped several people get 5's on AP exams, get A's in college classes even as difficult as E&M.
