I have a bachelor’s degree from Smith College. I double majored in Latin American Studies and Portuguese. I love romance languages so much that I studied abroad in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil for a year! I later pursued master’s studies in English applied linguistics, completing 36 advance credits at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
I have tutored and taught elementary-age students, college students, and adult students in one on one and classroom settings. I treat each student as a unique individual because you are! I love to play games as a mechanism to learn and acquire new knowledge. But mostly, I want to partner with you to grow your curiosity in a subject and discover ways of unlocking your passions within a subject.
