I am an University of Notre Dame graduate with BS and BA degrees in both Engineering and Economics. And I have 29 years tutoring experience throughout the US.

I received a full academic scholarship from University of Notre Dame and the Philadelphia Notre Dame alumni club. I was the first person to receive the alumni club scholarship and graduated in the top 10% of my Notre Dame class. I have tutored grade school, high school students and adults in Atlanta, Southern California, Houston and Las Vegas, Nevada for 29 years. I enjoyed a very long career in engineering working as a manager. I went back to my roots in Mathematics, tutoring students and teaching classes. I bring very strong problem solving skills and I like to focus on the various processes and steps used to solve problems. I enjoy helping people understand concepts, build self confidence and develop skills.

I am easy to work with and work hard for my students. I strive to think of ways to help each student be more proficient, more confident, and more successful in their educational endeavors. My tutoring experience includes 1-1 tutoring with elementary, middle, and high school students on many subjects such as Prealgebra, Algebra 1 and Algebra 2, Geometry and, Trigonometry. I love coming up with different ways of explaining concepts and then realizing my students have a complete understanding on the problems and the solutions. I am extremely patient with my students and encourage all the questions that they care to ask.

Some of my students went on to schools such as UCLA, USC, Princeton, Rice, Notre Dame, Yale, MIT, and University of Pennsylvania. I offer tutoring in the following subjects:, Math (various levels), English and testing preparation.
