Hello! My name is Thien, and I am a graduate of the University of Mary Washington with a Bachelor of Science in Biological Science. Currently, I am pursuing a Doctoral degree in Medical Sciences at Texas A&M University College of Medicine. Over the past 5-7 years, I have had the privilege of tutoring and mentoring students across a wide range of age groups and academic levels, from high school to graduate school.

Throughout my academic journey and work in clinical and research labs, I have developed a deep passion for science—particularly physics, chemistry, and biology, with a special interest in immunology and cancer research. It was during my time in the lab that I discovered my love for teaching, as I helped students navigate complex scientific concepts and prepare for exams. This hands-on experience has equipped me with the tools to explain difficult material in a clear, relatable, and engaging way.

As a firm believer in the power of education, I am dedicated to helping students not only succeed academically but also develop a genuine appreciation for science. My goal as a tutor is to empower students to build confidence in their abilities, overcome challenges, and achieve their academic goals.
