I've had the privilege of teaching various academic levels in various cities. My experience includes serving as an English Department Chair, teaching 10th grade English to students with learning learning disabilities in New Orleans and teaching Advanced Placement English to 12th graders here in Houston.
I have also served as an Adjunct Professor for Blinn College, Lone Star College, University of Houston-Downtown, and Prairie View A&M University.
My favorite part about tutoring is the opportunity to see my clients meet, or even exceed their potential. It's a joy seeing students evolve from feeling frustrated or discouraged to feeling confident and resilient.
My approach to tutoring is based on collaboration, meeting the student's level, and constantly pushing them to challenge themselves.
