I am an experienced Tutor and Adjunct Instructor (Pool) at Texas State Technical College (TSTC), supporting the Computer Programming Technology and Web Design and Development programs. As an honors graduate from TSTC with an Associate's Degree in Computer Programming Technology, I am committed to fostering student success at the institution.

For over four years, I have mentored students from introductory to advanced levels, developing effective teaching strategies tailored to diverse learning styles. Very knowledgeable and he prepares ahead of time

Jesse helped me with my c++ assignments. What I like about him is that besides being very knowledgeable is that he prepares ahead of time. I sent him my homework assignments and he read through it and when we met he was able to go through every single question in very detailed manner. This really helped us cover a lot of material and make the most out of our time. He was also very patient and explained different alternative solutions to the homework questions, which helped tremendously.

We worked through an assignment creating the backend for a banking application in python. The project platform was very annoying to deal with due to uniquely odd error handling and general structure. Jesse was very patient with me bouncing around and helped me focus in on exactly what I needed to progress with the project. I gained a greater understanding of debugging and error handling, allowing me to progress through problems I wasn't able to solve on my own. I am now well on my way to completing the project with significantly less frustration and a clear direction for how to complete everything. I will be returning for more tutoring sessions in the future!!!

Excellent tutor!

Jesse helped me fine tune a java program I had written for a class final project. He helped me reduce my code from 337 lines of code to a mere 130 lines of code. I got an 'A' on the final. Jesse has an uncanny ability to quickly understand a person's knowledge level and instruct them accordingly. I found out that Jesse is versed in more computer languages than I have even heard of. I know I will be reaching out to Jesse in the future for any and all programming or database issues.
