In 2021, I served as the Math Specialist on my campus, where I developed targeted intervention strategies that helped students close learning gaps and build confidence. For the past three years, I’ve balanced online tutoring with homeschooling my own daughters. This experience has given me valuable, first-hand insight into both the academic and emotional needs of students in a home-learning environment.
