Hello! My name is Kylee, and I am a dedicated educator with a passion for helping students build confidence and succeed in science and agriculture. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Animal Science with a minor in Wildlife and am completing my bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science with a concentration in Natural Resources and Conservation. As a full-time Agriculture Science teacher, I work with middle and high school students every day, teaching topics such as wildlife management, environmental science, plant science, animal science, ecology, and natural resource conservation.
My teaching philosophy is centered on making learning engaging and easy to understand. I know that every student learns differently, so I tailor each lesson to fit individual learning styles and goals. Whether you’re preparing for a test, struggling with homework, or wanting to gain a deeper understanding of a subject, I break down complex concepts into simple, real-world examples that help students retain information and build confidence. I encourage questions, critical thinking, and hands-on learning whenever possible.
In addition to classroom teaching, I have experience creating curriculum, developing interactive labs and activities, and working one-on-one with students who need extra support. I can assist with biology, environmental science, ecology, wildlife management, agriculture courses, animal science, study skills, research projects, and general science coursework. My goal is not only to help students improve their grades but also to help them develop a genuine interest in the subjects they are studying.
I understand that asking for help can feel overwhelming, and I strive to create a patient, encouraging, and judgment-free environment where students feel comfortable learning at their own pace. I look forward to helping you reach your academic goals and showing you that science and agriculture can be both understandable and enjoyable!
