Hello, and welcome! My name is Karen, and I am a registered nurse and nurse educator with over 14 years of experience in nursing, healthcare leadership, and education. I hold a Doctorate in Education with an emphasis in healthcare leadership, a Masters degree in Nursing Leadership, and a Bachelors degree in Nursing.

I am also a Certified Case Manager and currently serve as an Adjunct Professor in a nursing program, where I teach and mentor students in clinical and academic settings. My background includes bedside nursing, utilization and case management, leadership roles, and curriculum development, which allows me to bring real world clinical insight into every tutoring session.

I have worked extensively with pre nursing, ADN, BSN, and RN to BSN students and understand the academic and professional demands they face.
My tutoring approach is student centered, supportive, and focused on building confidence and critical thinking skills. I recognize that many nursing students are working adults who balance school with jobs, family, and personal responsibilities, and I strive to create a learning environment that is respectful, encouraging, and free of judgment.
