Over the last seven years, I’ve served as Adjunct Professor in the Faculty of Architecture at Chiang Mai University and as STEM Program Director at Unity Concord International School, designing inclusive and measurable learning systems. At the heart of my work is a deep commitment to Universal Design for Learning (UDL) and cognitive justice, ensuring that every learner, regardless of background or ability, has equitable access to knowledge and the opportunity to thrive. I see learning environments not merely as places to transfer information, but as systems that can either reinforce inequity or dismantle it. I specialize in project-based learning and authentic assessment grounded in each student’s zone of proximal development.

During my graduate studies in Architectural Engineering at Prairie View A&M University, where I explored phenomenology and architectural psychology, I became fascinated by how environments shape perception, emotion, and belonging. That inquiry led me to design schools in Switzerland rooted in human-centered design and ultimately to progressive education, where I discovered how design could transform learning through UDL.

Across my teaching career, I’ve designed and facilitated learning experiences that span age groups, disciplines, and contexts. I’ve taught math and science to middle school students; advanced STEM subjects to high school learners: including Robotics, Engineering, and AP Physics; and Computational Architecture and Design Engineering at the university level. I’ve also led Design Thinking workshops for corporate teams and taught in classrooms, lecture halls, online, and community settings. Across every context, my approach remains the same: cultivating curiosity, agency, and confidence in every learner.

Approved Subjects

Adobe InDesign

Adobe InDesign

I teach InDesign in university studio courses and professional workshops, helping students create clear, cohesive portfolios and design narratives. My architectural engineering background includes producing client-ready presentations and coordinated project booklets for complex building projects. Students learn layout structure, typographic hierarchy, grid systems, and strategies for conveying design ideas visually. I focus on helping learners build communication skills that support both academic success and professional advancement.
Architecture

Architecture

My architectural teaching spans middle school STEM projects, high school design labs, university studios, design-build workshops, and emerging technologies lectures. Professionally, I’ve contributed to educational facilities, mixed-use buildings, and residential projects with a specialization in computational design and digital fabrication workflows. My teaching approach centers on project-based learning and authentic outcomes that mirror real design processes. Many of my students have gone on to work for leading contemporary architecture offices, and I mentor learners at all stages of their creative development.
AutoCAD

AutoCAD

I draw on more than a decade of teaching digital drafting through project-based STEM courses, university design studios, and professional workshops. My architectural engineering experience includes producing full construction document sets for educational and mixed-use buildings, which informs my approach to precision drafting. In AutoCAD, I guide students through real workflows such as sheet setup, layer systems, annotation strategies, and translating design intent into technical drawings. I emphasize clarity, accuracy, and hands-on exercises that mirror authentic architectural tasks.
GIS

GIS

I teach GIS as a design-analysis tool in university courses, where students map spatial data and translate contextual findings into architectural or planning decisions. My professional work includes using GIS for site analysis, environmental assessment, and research supporting educational and mixed-use developments. Students learn to interpret layered datasets, evaluate spatial relationships, and apply geospatial insights to real project scenarios. I emphasize clarity, relevance, and authentic problem-solving grounded in design thinking.
Revit

Revit

I teach Revit through studio projects that help students understand BIM as both a modeling platform and a design coordination environment. In practice, I’ve managed multidisciplinary Revit models, performed clash detection, and developed detailed documentation for institutional and mixed-use architectural projects. My students learn how to structure models cleanly, create parametric families, and maintain data consistency across a project. I use design-forward examples to help learners connect computational thinking with real, buildable outcomes.
Sketchup

Sketchup

I use SketchUp extensively in my studio teaching to help students visualize spatial ideas quickly and clearly. Through project-based exercises, I show learners how to build clean geometry, organize components, and set up scenes that communicate design intent. Professionally, I rely on SketchUp during early project phases for massing, iteration, and concept development. My instruction combines creative exploration with practical modeling habits that benefit both emerging designers and STEM learners.
