Prior to becoming a certified teacher in Texas, I spent several years tutoring children aged 4 to 15, which deepened my commitment to fostering academic growth in young learners. Currently, I am a 4th-grade teacher with two years of experience teaching reading and social studies. Holding an EC-6 certification, I am qualified to teach all elementary subjects and have also worked with kindergarten students, further broadening my understanding of early childhood education. My goal as an online tutor is to provide personalized and engaging learning experiences that cater to each student’s unique needs, helping them build confidence and achieve academic success.
I enjoy teaching reading and writing, and I also love helping elementary students build confidence in math. My favorite part of tutoring is seeing the smile on a child’s face when everything finally “clicks.”
