Hi! My name is Brooke and I am currently in undergrad double-majoring in Physics and Mathematics and I will be graduating with a B.S. in both majors in Spring 2027. In my free time, I do computational materials science research and I wish to research semiconductor fabrication processes after graduate school (it is totally the coolest!) I have a lifelong passion for science and I love to inspire others to be curious about the world around us! I strongly believe that anybody can learn and be...
I strongly believe that anybody can learn and be successful as long as they remain steadfast in their passions and always work hard. I would love to be apart of someone’s journey in building their knowledge and academic confidence. I approach learning inquisitively, where I encourage questions and connections in order to better understand concepts.
My experience in teaching has mainly been through my role as a babysitter and nanny. I would often go through my kids homework with them and help them read, write, or do math/science problems. My tutoring experience is with kids from ages 6-18 years old. I have done tutoring through volunteer settings or science fairs, as well as 1-1 style tutoring. I enjoy helping students with math and science, and I want kids to believe that anybody can learn!
