I am a certificated ESL teacher, and I love reading as well as writing. I am able to follow, expand, and develop curriculum. And as previously stated served as a Reading Specialist.
As I understand it 'Common Core' speaks of embedding rigor in the content of the learning experience. The teaching should incorporate the both Maslow's affective approach and Bloome's academic focus, thereby ensuring quality learning.
I am patient and I have high expectations. My goal is for learning to be interesting, fun, and continuous beyond the class.
