Hello! My name is Taylor, and I am so excited to help you. I'm a medical resident specializing in pathology (lab medicine). I plan to ultimately pursue a career in transfusion medicine and research, and was just accepted for fellowship at Mayo Clinic for the 2028-2029 academic year.

I've taught a variety of topics over the past decade, and now at work I primarily train medical students, other doctors, and laboratory professionals. I did well on my MCAT and STEP exams, and spent a couple of years as a peer tutor for medical students before graduating and becoming a resident, where I still teach and mentor medical students.

I also have a lot of experience interviewing and am happy to discuss strategies and tips when it comes to applying and interviewing for medical school, residency, or fellowships.

I can also help you with all kinds of essays, whether they be argumentative, personal narratives, expository, and more, including personal statements. I also am well-versed in the different essay formats, including MLA, APA, and Chicago.

I completed college-level courses in both Microbiology for nursing students and general Microbiology with high A's. I also recently finished a course in "The Molecular Basis of Infectious Diseases," which was essentially a more in-depth course on how microbes infect humans. I'm also a huge nerd about the subject, and have researched various microbio topics for class assignments (and just for kicks) :)
