I hold a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Boston University. My professional experience is rooted in high pressure, high stakes environments:
- Collegiate Mentorship: As lead of the of the BU Rocket Propulsion Group (BURPG), I mentored a 50-person team through the design and successful launch of a liquid bipropellant rocket, a feat rarely achieved in the collegiate world.
- K-5 STEM Instruction: I previously served as a STEM instructor developing lesson plans to make physics and math concepts intuitive for elementary students in a classroom setting.
- Engineering Expertise: My day to day work involves designing complex fuel feed systems and exploring complicated engineering trades to ensure mission success.
My Tutoring Philosophy
I teach first principles thinking. I believe the best engineers don't just memorize formulas, they understand the "why" so deeply they can rederive the math from scratch. I help students move past rote memorization to develop the same intuitive logic I use daily in the aerospace industry.
