I am a retired teacher who loves working with students. I taught lower elementary for many years and then worked in the district office writing curriculum, training and mentoring teachers.

I have personally trained with Kathy Richardson, who is a nationally recognized math guru. I have also been trained in "Math Their Way," which I used in my classroom daily. I have also had multiple training for effective methods for teaching reading.

I look forward to helping your child become a successful learner. I have also received extensive training with nationally recognized math experts that teaches math in a hands on approach to solidify learning. Also, I have written math curriculum using previous mentioned strategies.

And I have extensive training in appropriate reading/ESL strategies that work. I also worked at the district level in mentoring teachers to implement such practices.
