I am a professional jazz pianist with more than 20 years of teaching and performing experience, working with students ranging from young beginners to adult learners who want to reconnect with music. My background includes private instruction, classroom music education, and online teaching — giving me a versatile and adaptive approach that meets each student exactly where they are.
My teaching philosophy is built on patience, encouragement, and real progress. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all methods. Whether a student wants to learn classical fundamentals, worship music, pop songs, or jazz theory, I design every lesson around their individual goals and musical interests. I have worked with children as young as five and adults well into their fifties, and I understand how to keep students engaged, motivated, and growing at every level.
I currently offer private piano lessons on weekday evenings, making my schedule ideal for school-age children and working adults. Lessons are available online via Zoom or in-home in the Fort Worth and Tarrant County area.
