Hello! My name is Simba, and I am a commercial real estate financial analyst with a strong academic background in finance and real estate. I earned my undergraduate degree in Finance from Texas Christian University (TCU), graduating with a 3.5 GPA, and later completed my Master’s in Real Estate at Arizona State University, where I earned a 3.9 GPA.
I work as a commercial Real Estate Investment analyst. My job is to help real estate investors make decisions faster by providing detail-oriented underwriting and risk mitigation strategies for their potential investments.
For the past seven months, I have served as a mentor for Building Industry Leaders — a program created through a partnership between the Boys and Girls Club of Fort Worth and the Urban Land Institute. In this role, I work closely with high school students to introduce them to the real estate industry, helping them develop valuable skills and awarding scholarship opportunities to top-performing teams.
As a tutor and mentor, I focus on collaboration. I encourage students to ask questions and be open about any knowledge gaps they have, which helps me tailor each lesson to fit their learning style. I believe that patience, adaptability, and genuine communication are key to a student's success.
I am committed to being a reliable resource for both students and parents. I am very responsive and typically reply within 1–2 hours. Please feel free to reach out — I look forward to helping you achieve your goals!
