Hi, I’m Madison, an experienced educator and academic coach with over 10 years of tutoring experience.
I help students not only succeed in their classes but thrive in their overall academic and personal growth. My approach is flexible, student-centered, and grounded in building confidence, time management, and lifelong learning skills.
I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Genetics, Cell, and Developmental Biology with a minor in Leadership from Arizona State University, where I graduated summa cum laude with a 4.0 GPA.
In addition to my science background, I am currently in my final semester of completing an Accounting degree through Western Governors University while pursuing CPA licensure. This has expanded my expertise into areas such as financial accounting, managerial accounting, Excel, business analytics, and quantitative problem-solving, allowing me to support students across both STEM and business disciplines.
I work primarily with college students, graduate students, and upper high schoolers. I have supported graduate students in programs such as Speech-Language Pathology (SLP), MBA, and Master of Legal Studies (MLS) programs, in addition to helping students navigate college applications, transfers, graduate school preparation, and career transitions. My students have been accepted to top schools including The University of Texas at Austin, University of California, Irvine, University of Southern California, The George Washington University, and University of California San Diego.
I have extensive experience working with students who have learning differences or mental health challenges, including ADHD, GAD, and test anxiety. My goal is always to create a supportive, judgment-free environment where students feel understood, empowered, and capable.
If you’re looking for someone who will genuinely invest in your success and meet you where you are, I’d love to work with you.
