ASL Tutoring
I hold two ASL certifications from Tarrant County College — Sign Language Communicator Certification and Basic American Sign Language Acquisition — and I was a member of the Marcus High School ASL Honor Society. My background gives me a strong foundation in both ASL structure and Deaf culture, and I tailor lessons to each student’s goals, whether they’re learning for school, communication, or personal interest.

Trumpet Tutoring
With 14 years of trumpet experience, I’ve performed in ensembles such as the Marcus High School Marching Band, church orchestra, state and national competitions, Center Stage Brass, Lutheran Summer Music Program, and the TWU Wind Symphony. I also have student leadership experience in band, which helps me guide players of all levels with clarity, patience, and strong musical insight.
Trumpet Areas I Teach:
-Tone, technique, and breath support
-Reading music and improving musicianship
-Marching band and concert band preparation
-Audition coaching (school, region, state)
-Practice strategies that build confidence and consistency
