Hola and hello. I am Jenaro. I graduated from the University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP) with a major in Spanish and a minor in Linguistics. I am currently back at UTEP pursuing my Masters in Linguistics. I have been a teacher for more than 20 years. I am currently a Spanish teacher at a public school. At the same time, I am a part-time ESL instructor for El Paso Community College. I have the necessary experience to teach and tutor. I know what it takes to help and guide students to achieve their personal and academic goals.
I have tutored on a one-to-one basis as well as in small groups. I have always understood what are the needs of my students and to go forward towards achieving the goals. My focus has always been on taking what my student(s) know and grow from there. There is no "magic" involved. There is just patience, having a good attitude, and practice.
