I hold a master’s degree in mathematical sciences and am currently a graduate student in
Computer Science. I’ve taught and tutored math at the college level and have over a decade of experience working with both high school and university students.

Who I Work With
● High school students (especially private school students)
● Undergraduate college students
● Students who need long-term, semester support, or quick homework help and solutions.

Subjects I Tutor
● Algebra
● Geometry
● Trigonometry
● Pre-Calculus
● Calculus
● Differential Equations
● Linear Algebra
● Introductory Physics (math-based)

How My Sessions Work
● Students send materials and problems in advance via email or direct messaging
● I explain concepts step by step, showing all work, theorems, formulas, and prerequisite knowledge
● On the zoom whiteboard I create clear, structured, detailed solutions
● Upon request I can send session notes and recordings after each lesson
● I ask guiding questions to ensure real understanding and comprehension
● I focus on building foundations, showing shortcuts, and multiple approaches

Many of my students come in feeling behind or overwhelmed and leave with clarity,
confidence, and a clear plan to improve their grades.
I tutor online or locally and work best with students who are motivated and ready to actively
engage in learning.
If you’re looking for patient, structured, and results-focused math support, I’d be happy to
help.

Approved Subjects

Algebra 1

Algebra 1

I have been tutoring algebra for many years.
Algebra 2

Algebra 2

With over a decade of specialized experience, I help students master the complexities of Algebra 2, focusing on core concepts such as quadratic functions, polynomial equations, and logarithmic transformations. My approach bridges the gap between basic algebra and higher-level calculus by ensuring students have a deep, intuitive understanding of function behavior and complex number systems. Having earned both a Master’s and Bachelor’s in Mathematics, I provide the high-level expertise needed to break down rigorous curriculum standards into manageable, logical steps. My goal is to transform "math anxiety" into confidence through detailed instruction and patient, personalized problem-solving strategies.
Calculus

Calculus

With a Master’s degree in Mathematics and over ten years of teaching experience, I specialize in guiding students through the rigorous transitions of Calculus I, II, and III. I focus on building a foundational mastery of limits, derivatives, and integrals, ensuring students understand the "why" behind the theorems rather than just memorizing formulas. My expertise includes helping students navigate complex topics such as multivariable functions, differential equations, and series convergence with a highly detailed and patient approach. By connecting abstract concepts to practical applications, I empower students to excel in their coursework and successfully prepare for advanced STEM trajectories.
Differential Equations

Differential Equations

I have taken the class several times. I also have a good amout of experience with calculus.
Elementary Math

Elementary Math

I have helped many students in that age and grade range. I almost have a master's degree in mathematics.
Geometry

Geometry

Drawing on over ten years of professional experience, I help students navigate the visual and logical shift of Geometry, with a focus on mastery of Euclidean proofs, coordinate geometry, and three-dimensional spatial reasoning. My background, including a Master’s in Mathematics, allows me to simplify complex concepts such as trigonometric ratios, congruence theorems, and the properties of circles and polygons. I specialize in teaching students how to construct rigorous logical arguments, a skill that serves as the foundation for both advanced mathematics and analytical thinking. By providing detailed, step-by-step guidance, I help students visualize abstract shapes and solve intricate area and volume problems with absolute confidence.
Linear Algebra

Linear Algebra

I have helped several students with linear algebra and have taken advanced theory courses also.
Prealgebra

Prealgebra

I almost have a master's degree in mathematics. I have help many students with prealgebra studies.
Precalculus

Precalculus

Drawing on over ten years of academic and professional experience, I provide comprehensive Precalculus instruction that emphasizes the critical transition from standard algebra to the rigors of Calculus. My expertise covers the deep analysis of trigonometric identities, polar coordinates, and complex limits, ensuring students don't just memorize formulas but understand the underlying logic of mathematical modeling. With a Master’s degree in Mathematics, I identify and fill the foundational gaps that often hinder success in higher-level coursework, replacing confusion with conceptual clarity. My teaching method focuses on precision and patience, equipping students with the analytical tools and confidence necessary to excel in AP Calculus and beyond.
Trigonometry

Trigonometry

With over a decade of experience, I specialize in helping students navigate the abstract concepts of Trigonometry, from mastering the unit circle and trigonometric identities to solving complex periodic functions. My approach emphasizes the practical application of sine, cosine, and tangent, ensuring students build the spatial reasoning and analytical skills required for success in higher-level Calculus. Utilizing my Master’s and Bachelor’s in Mathematics, I simplify rigorous curriculum standards into clear, manageable lessons that address the "why" behind every formula. I am dedicated to providing a patient, detailed learning environment that transforms geometric confusion into mathematical mastery and confidence.
