My name is Rosa, and I am a passionate nursing professional with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, graduated magna cum laude. I bring a strong academic foundation paired with real-world clinical experience. I have completed advanced coursework in pharmacology, pathophysiology, and health assessment. I understand what it takes to excel in nursing school, not only academically but clinically as well, and would love to guide others through it.

With 6 years of experience as an ICU nurse, I've managed critically ill patients in high-pressure environments and have also precepted new and experienced nurses as well as nursing students in the hospital setting for 3 years. I hold ACLS, BLS, PALS, and CCRN certificates, and have extensive experience in interpreting complex clinical scenarios, prioritizing care, and supporting team-based decisions. Additionally, I have served as a charge nurse and ICU Assistant Director, which has given me a strong grasp of leadership, time management, and interprofessional collaboration, valuable areas that nursing students often seek support in.

I would like to assist students and professionals by tailoring each session to their unique learning styles and goals. I combine academic clarity with real-life application to help them succeed not only in school but to truly think like a nurse.
