Hello my name is Dominic B, I'm from Eagle Pass, Texas originally. I graduated high school from Duncanville High School in 2010, I was 6th in my class. I went to St. Mary's University for undergrad, where I graduated in 2014 with a BS in Biochemistry and a minor in history. At St. Mary's, I worked as a biology, physics, and biochemistry tutor for three out of my four years of college.
After graduating I moved to Roswell, New Mexico where I spent three years teaching 8th grade Algebra I/Pre-Algebra. I taught a variety of students from an underserved area, and I'm very familiar with challenges. I also worked part time as a science/math tutor for New Mexico Military Institute.
After three years I left teaching, and began working as a pathologist's assistant. There I would perform gross anatomy, process patient tissue, cut slides, and help the pathologist at the hospital with frozen sections and bone marrows. After another three years, I applied to medical school where I was accepted at Burrell College of Osteopathic Medicine in Las Cruces, New Mexico. I'm currently in my third year of medical school and rotating through out the hospitals and clinics in the El Paso area. I look forward to meeting new students, and helping any way possible.
