I changed career path and started working as a petroleum Engineer for a total of fourteen consecutive years. I received many certifications as a drilling fluids engineer from top leading corporations such as Halliburton, Schulberg and others. I finally came back to teaching and have been teaching for the past ten years. I am the only AP physics instructor and early college instructor in physics at my school.
Even though I worked as a petroleum engineer for many years, I was always a teacher, and I had to educate every person above and below me to become effective problem solvers. In short, my model is “The solution to every problem is in front of us but we lack understanding to comprehend what it means”.
