I have been playing chess since I was 8 years old. My dad and I used to play in the evenings, and I fondly remember the first time I beat him. In college, I honed my chess skills as a member of the Internet Chess Club. I logged hundreds of hours of play, and my rating was in the 1600s. I am a huge fan of Yasser Seirawan's books, which I use to review with my students.

Quality tutor 5 stars

Explains things in a clear and easy to understand way. We worked on order games, and I was amazed at how much I learned in one hour. I will be using Keith again in the near future.

An excellent tutor

I went to Keith predominantly for help on the LSAT games section and logical reasoning. He's taught me very helpful approaches and techniques for different game types, and more insightful ways to approach logical reasoning questions. He's also given me very helpful tips on how to go about my own study. The net result, I feel, has been a considerable increase in my confidence and skills level. On the side, I've also benefited a lot from Keith's passing on more general advice about an LSAT testing plan and law school applications. To summarize his teaching, I'd say Keith is very logical and thoughtful, he has strong mastery of the LSAT content, and he's got a knack for teaching. Tutorials with him have been great.

Patient and very helpful

Keith made learning very easy. I haven’t taken the LSAT yet I’m taking it summer 2021 but I wanted to prepare now. He made it easy to understand. I’m looking forward to more sessions

Very Knowledgeable and Patient

Met Mr. Keith via Wyzant to prepare me for the forthcoming Texas Bar exam. Right from our first meeting, he set up a brilliant schedule which works very well for me. During our meetings, he breaks the law and/or questions down to the level at which I can understand and remember them. I will HIGHLY recommend Mr. Keith to anyone who is in need of a serious-minded tutor who cares enough for the success of the student. God bless you, Mr. Keith!

Keith is very knowledgeable in writing.

He has taught me so much throughout our tutoring sessions. He has taught me MLA and APA styles of writing. Since he has tutored me my grades are better. I make less writing errors since I have worked with Keith. He makes me feel very comfortable. I enjoy my sessions with him. I am learning so much about writing. I appreciate his help.

Great Tutor

Keith is really helpful in providing strategies that apply to specific questions. He is also very nice so even if you get many questions incorrect (as I did), he does not make you feel like you are any lesser because of it. Keith is a great tutor and is very flexible in terms of what you need out of a lesson.

Explains subject well

Keith is tutoring me in chemistry. He is extremely knowledgeable and explains concepts in an easy to understand manner. He knows what typically trips up students, and is easy to work through problem areas with.

All business, knows the LSAT up and down, professional and personal.

I wanted a second pair of eyes on my LSAT prep methods and I couldn't have found a better one. He not only has personal experience taking the LSAT, he has years of experience teaching it. He can talk about logic game strategies as easily as long-term difficulty trends and the particulars of the admission process. Highly recommend.
