I am a Computer Engineering student at the University of North Texas, pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree with a minor in Mathematics. My academic background includes coursework in data structures and algorithms, systems programming, digital and reconfigurable logic design, electronics, assembly language, and technical writing, as well as foundational math and science courses. This curriculum has strengthened my problem-solving skills, logical reasoning, and ability to break down complex technical concepts into clear, structured explanations that students can follow.

I have several years of experience mentoring and teaching students in both academic and professional settings. I have served as a Peer-Led Team Learning (PLTL) Leader in the University of North Texas Department of Chemistry, where I mentor groups of 5–10 undergraduate students each week. In this role, I facilitate collaborative learning sessions, guide students through problem-solving on whiteboards, and help them develop effective study strategies. I regularly adapt my teaching approach to different learning styles and work closely with faculty and other leaders to identify challenging topics and improve student outcomes.

My tutoring approach emphasizes understanding over memorization and building confidence through structured problem-solving. Drawing from my engineering coursework and industry experience, I help students learn how to think through problems methodically, identify patterns, and apply concepts across subjects such as math, programming, and science. I aim to create a supportive, encouraging environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and developing independence in their learning, whether they are in middle school, high school, or early college-level courses.
