I’m a certified elementary educator with several years of experience helping students build confidence and skills in reading, writing, and math. I’ve taught in both classroom and one-on-one settings, including special education, and previously worked as a paraprofessional supporting middle and high school students who needed extra academic and organizational support. I specialize in reading support, phonics, comprehension, and elementary math, and I’m especially effective with students who need extra patience, clear explanations, or a different approach to learning. My goal is for students to leave sessions saying, “Ohhh, that makes sense!” Many of the students I work with benefit from breaking lessons into smaller, manageable steps and learning strategies that actually make sense to them. I also provide homework help and skill reinforcement while keeping sessions engaging and positive.
