Holly is the best tutor I have ever had for my son. She is not only knowledgeable and patient, but also she cares your kid as you do. My son, a 9th grader in Spanish Honor 4 class at school, so far he had 26 lessons with Holly and we are satisfied with every single lesson. Holly prepared her lesson according to my son’s school topics, so my son felt confident in his school class. When I showed her my goal for my son to success in his AP Spanish Language and Culture test in his 10th grade, she immediately ordered an AP Spanish study book as teaching material for my son’s lesson. In school’s Spanish Culture Event, my son registered to present Spanish speaking culture in a poster, Holly helped him to find many interesting articles to read. In another time, my son needed to retake a quiz due to an unsatisfied initial score, but it had to be retaken in two days (before his next lesson with Holly). Holly sent us the instructions and exercises materials regarding the topics in that quiz for my son to review and offered for correction if he needed. Holly cares my son as I do, my son can already rely on her to have his back.

My son has had several lessons with Holly to date and is finding that unlike his teacher at school, Holly is intuitive about his challenges and responsive to them. She prepares each week's lessons ahead of time and at his request, gives practice and homework customized to his needs and with reference to where she (accurately) deduces the school teacher is at in terms of teaching textbook material. Wonderful Tutor!
Holly worked with my son over the summer to help him learn what he did not in Spanish 2 the prior year. Holly put together a curriculum, created and shared resource documents, provided homework assignments in advance, and worked with him twice a week to get him to where he needs to be to start Spanish 3 from a much more confident position. We are so appreciative of all of the time and effort Holly has put into this tutoring program over the summer, and we look forward to Holly continuing to provide support over the school year.
