As well as 3 years of successful assistant and head coaching in youth softball with a high success record which falls back ultimately on my girls who have given there upmost potential everyday! I am a full Area Supervisor for an oil and gas company and have 12+ years of supervision and employee management. I have been trained how to communicate effectively and have the knowledge and patience to bring out the best in individuals.
