-Master of degree in applied math
-Specialize as an individual tutor by simplifying math concepts while coaching students to think critically to solve problems
-Give praise and assurance to boost student’s self-confidence and self-esteem
-Provide easy methods and explanations for mathematical concepts
-Monitor student performance regularly and record data to track student achievement
-Provide additional practice problems to reinforce concepts, and guide students to appropriate supplemental material for added explanations
-in each class we have 3 steps:
I) teaching about the concept in each session
II) solving some problems
III) giving you some exercises for the next session
