As a former Engineer my tutoring strengths are in Problem Solving Skills, Physics and Calculus Level Mathematics. As a teacher I do whatever it takes to help my students understand, learn, and be successful.

As a father of 5 I have developed a great amount of patience and understanding of individual personalities and learning styles.

I enjoy teaching. Tutoring one-on-one is very appealing to me because if I can concentrate on one interested student's needs then I can be successful at teaching and the student will be successful at learning. The secret to success in Math is to have solid fundamentals and practice the new material as soon as possible.

Mr. P. is an excellent teacher who not only is well versed with the basics of AP Calculus but explains in detail every aspect of the subject. Has an incredible sense of patience and will explain even the most difficult concepts to where you can understand and like the subject even when you were struggling. He tremendously helped our son Caleb and I would not recommend anyone else if they are looking for a mathematics tutor.
