My thirty years experience and exposure as a teacher in high school and college has given me some critical insights into the power of knowledge.
My terminal degree in education, i.e.PhD is focused on pedagogy-"The scientific Art of effective Teaching and Learning" I have taught all over the world, but most of it in America and Africa. I have discovered that every single student can learn and succeed and each of them is different and should be treated as such. My Philosophy in tutoring is simple, "provide challenges for learners and if they have interest and commitment,they will succeed and such a success is a double win, i.e for the learner and the teacher.
