Incredible Tutor for both PreCal & Calculus
My son, a senior in high school, was extremely fortunate to have Bill tutor him in both Honors PreCal and Honors Calculus. He tutored him twice a week during the second semester of Calc.Today, I'm sending Bill a big virtual hug, because my son~with time and hard work~was able to achieve a final grade in Honors Calc that he didn't think he'd be able to achieve. Bill is extremely organized, dedicated, and goes the extra mile for those he tutors. My son struggled on Calc assessments, so Bill made him some practice assessments to help him gain more confidence in taking assessments and to help him gain familiarity with course content. My son was discouraged sometimes about his performance, but Bill was encouraging and reminded our son that he is a capable student. Our son made a 50% on a test, but~with Bill's help~ was able to get an 80% on the next test. Bill was wonderful to give an update after each lesson re: what was accomplished, what still needed to be worked on, and he would make sure my son had whiteboards and recorded lessons to review. Bill is a gifted tutor and a caring individual and was always prompt, courteous, and knowledgable. This is why we sought him out again after he first tutored our son in PreCal. We are incredibly grateful that he helped our son to successfully complete the courses and we hope our son has learned a lesson he will carry with him to college. When you need assistance, you must seek it and be willing to work. We highly recommend Bill as a tutor!

Bill was very professional and supportive! He made a clear plan for our rising senior to achieve 770+ for SAT math that we felt confident in. His first assessment and lesson was targeted. Our senior liked the ease and flow of the lesson. Bill cares about the success of the students as he offered to review things outside of tutoring hours. He also sends recordings, slides, additional resources and a summary of the lesson and what to do next so parents are always in the loop. Thank you, Bill!

Excellent Tutor
My son worked with Bill to increase his ACT scores. With Bill's help, he raised his math score from a 31 to a 34 and his science score from a 32 to a 36. Bill provided extensive homework assignments and then worked through the mistakes, went over questions, and did additional questions during their sessions. Bill started by going over each topic and then reviewed even the aspects my son felt strong on to catch gaps in knowledge. Bill was patient and supportive throughout the process and got the results we were hoping for.

My son initially scored an 18 on the ACT Math portion. We hired Bill to tutor him in preparation for retaking the test. Bill was very accommodating in working around my son’s schedule. He spent three months teaching my son concepts he either didn’t know or had forgotten. He also taught him how to use a graphing calculator. He was very thorough and walked my son through problems. My son’s score on his second ACT jumped to 26 in the math section! We are thrilled with Bill’s results and highly recommend him as a tutor!
