Hello,
Thank you for reaching out. I would be happy to schedule a consultation to learn more about your needs and what you are seeking to accomplish through tutoring.

I have over 10 years of experience in education, including teaching in the Atlanta Public School system and tutoring through Georgia State University’s project-based learning program for students in the public school system. My background includes lesson planning, hands-on instruction, literacy and math support, assessment preparation, enrichment, remediation, and working with students who need individualized academic support.

For a student with autism, I focus on patience, structure, consistency, positive reinforcement, and respect for the child’s individuality. I would first work to understand his strengths, learning style, attention span, triggers, and academic goals. From there, I would create supportive sessions using clear directions, engaging activities, and strategies that help him feel confident and successful.

I am available for in-person tutoring, and my current rate is $40 per hour. I would be glad to discuss evening sessions, 1–2 hour options, and multiple days per week to determine the best fit for your son.

Please feel free to message me so we can schedule a consultation and create a tutoring plan that supports his success.

Most families whom believe in Christianity understand and acknowledge the importance of instilling Godly principles to their children. Many scriptures in the bible provide information and guidance so their children can now what is expected. As an educator to both the school and church environment it is my sole responsibility to be a guide, facilitator, spiritual counselor and an example to the pupils in my class. I will act as the primary representative of the ministry of the individuals for whom the school exists. My responsibilities are both inside and outside of the classroom involve pupils in the truth to be learned. The importance of providing opportunity for growth and opportunity at Elizabeth Baptist Church Atlanta, GA Kindgom Tabnernacle Lithia Springs, GA and Straight Life Church of God Griffin, GA afforded me the rapport with both parents, students, other family members, and other teachers. I understand that once I receive my certificate I may be able to receive additional endorsements in aiding students with salvation and heeding Christs instructions for everyday living.

I will be completing the elementary teacher certification program that qualifies me to teach all subjects in grades K-5. My aim as an experienced teacher in an educational organization would be to render my knowledge, experience, and expertise in all aspects starting from organizational management, to policy making to proper molding of students in terms of teaching them the values and principles of life. I would introduce interesting and fulfilled activities in the class which would aid in the development of each individual student mental levels. My second aim is to introduce old and new strategies of teaching. I am willing to explore and share my knowledge between students and parents. This would allow me to improve on my leadership qualities, improve creativity, and establish oneself as the most competent educator. Please recommend me for my certificate now without the additional endorsements. I understand that once I receive my teaching certificate completing all requirements passing the appropriate subject area test(s), I may for additional endorsements to be added to my teaching certificate.

As an experienced educator building vocabulary by using context clues to learn word meaning is a great way to aid our students in identifying the meaning of many new words. Building your vocabulary is a part of everyday life in terms of capitalization, reading, writing, word identification, writing book reports and so on. The Basic skills tests must be passed even by educators before an institutional recommendation for K-12 can be made. In addition to meeting the minimal requirements I have completed certain levels of course as required in the field of education including Child Development, Applied Research in Education, and Leadership for Today's Schools. I will be completing the certification program that qualifies me to teach all subjects in K-8.
