As a psychologist with 20+ years of experience working in schools, I know that learning isn't just about memorizing facts—it’s about how a person’s mind actually works.

As a psychologist with 20+ years of experience working in schools, I know that learning isn't just about memorizing facts—it’s about how a person’s mind actually works.

Whether you (or your student) are feeling overwhelmed, stuck in procrastination, or trying to balance heavy academic loads with things like sports and extracurriculars, you are definitely not alone. I help kids, teens, college students, and working adults step back, breathe, and figure out a system that fits the way their brain is wired.

Whether we are tackling ADHD, executive functioning hurdles, or using performance psychology to help student-athletes and high-achievers handle pressure with confidence, my goal is always the same: to make things click without the burnout.

What we can work on together:
*Getting Organized: Turning physical and digital messes into simple, stress-free routines.
*Getting Started: Beating procrastination and actually finishing assignments or projects.
*Building Real Confidence: Developing practical study workflows and mindset tools that reduce anxiety—both in the classroom and on the field or court.
*Finding Balance: Helping busy learners and athletes manage their time so they can thrive.

My sessions are calm, encouraging, and entirely judgment-free—as long as you are willing to put in the work, we will get results together.

ADHD

ADHD

I am a licensed psychologist with nearly 20 years of experience supporting students with ADHD, executive functioning challenges, learning differences, anxiety, and academic overwhelm. Throughout my career, I have worked with elementary, middle school, high school, college, and graduate students in both educational and clinical settings. My work focuses on helping students develop practical strategies for organization, time management, task initiation, planning, focus, study skills, emotional regulation, and self-advocacy. I understand that many students with ADHD are highly capable but struggle with systems that do not match how they naturally process information and manage demands. I take a supportive, individualized approach that emphasizes strengths, confidence-building, and realistic strategies that students can apply in everyday life. I also enjoy helping parents better understand how executive functioning impacts learning, motivation, and independence so students can feel more successful both academically and emotionally.
Executive Functioning

Executive Functioning

I am a licensed psychologist with nearly 20 years of experience helping students strengthen executive functioning skills, build confidence, and develop systems that make learning and daily responsibilities feel more manageable. I have worked with elementary, middle school, high school, college, and graduate students across educational and clinical settings, supporting a wide range of learning styles and needs. My work focuses on helping students improve organization, planning, time management, task initiation, prioritization, study habits, emotional regulation, and follow-through. I especially enjoy working with students who are bright and capable but feel overwhelmed, frustrated, unmotivated, disorganized, or unsure where to begin. I take a practical, supportive, and highly individualized approach to executive functioning coaching. Rather than using one-size-fits-all systems, I help students identify strategies that fit how they naturally think, learn, and process information. My goal is to help students not only improve academically, but also develop greater independence, confidence, and long-term life skills.
