I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Arizona Global Campus and am currently preparing for the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification. My academic background, combined with my hands-on experience in human resources, has provided me with a strong foundation in employee relations, employment law, and workplace best practices.
In my current role as an HR Manager, I support over 600 employees and regularly coach both managers and staff on a wide range of workplace topics, including interview preparation, communication, performance improvement, and conflict resolution. Much of my work involves one-on-one guidance, where I help individuals navigate real-life situations and build the skills needed to succeed professionally. This experience has allowed me to develop a practical and results-driven approach to coaching that goes beyond theory and focuses on what employers are truly looking for.
I primarily work with adult learners, including college students entering the workforce and professionals seeking career advancement or job transitions. My approach is highly personalized, and I tailor each session to the individual’s goals, whether that involves mock interviews, resume feedback, or workplace guidance. I strive to create a supportive environment while also providing clear, actionable feedback that helps clients build confidence and achieve measurable progress.
