I am an Electrical Engineering graduate with a strong background in circuit analysis, electronics, and embedded systems. During my time studying electrical engineering at Cal Poly, I spent countless hours working through challenging problem sets, lab work, and design projects that required a deep understanding of how circuits and electronic systems function. Because of this experience, I understand the exact concepts that tend to trip students up and how to break them down into simpler steps.
My goal when tutoring is not just to help students arrive at the correct answer, but to make sure they truly understand the process behind solving the problem. I focus on walking through problems step-by-step, explaining the reasoning behind each step so that students can apply the same thinking to future assignments and exams. I specialize in helping students with circuit analysis topics such as nodal and mesh analysis, Thevenin and Norton equivalents, AC analysis, and transient circuits, as well as electronics topics including transistors, amplifiers, and op-amp circuits.
I enjoy working with students who feel stuck or overwhelmed by electrical engineering concepts. With the right explanation and practice, these topics become much more manageable. Whether you're preparing for an exam, working through homework problems, or trying to understand a difficult concept from class, my goal is to help you build confidence and develop a clear understanding of the material.
