Hi, I’m Jaden! I graduated summa cum laude from the University of Oklahoma with a degree in Biology and a minor in Chemistry, and I am now in the final year of a dual-degree medical program where I will earn both a Doctor of Medicine and a Master of Engineering. Throughout college I earned the highest academic honors available, and in medical school I have excelled on clinical rotations, receiving evaluations highlighting my enthusiasm and ability to teach. In addition to my coursework and clinical responsibilities, I serve as a teaching assistant for my medical school’s surgery clerkship.

My interest in teaching began early in college, when I realized that the most memorable classes were taught by instructors who made difficult material feel clear and approachable. That insight shaped my own tutoring philosophy. Over the past six years, I have gained extensive experience teaching students across a wide range of academic backgrounds—including undergraduates, industry professionals, and medical students—through one-on-one sessions and small group instruction. My tutoring has covered subjects such as biology, chemistry, physics, and more recently anatomy and pharmacology as I have approached medical school graduation.

My goal as a tutor is to make complex science concepts understandable, engaging, and genuinely rewarding to learn. I begin by grounding each topic in essential principles so students build a strong conceptual foundation. From there, we expand into more advanced topics through guided application and practice, helping students move beyond memorization toward true comprehension. I tailor each session to the individual’s learning style and needs, ensuring that they gain both mastery of the material and lasting confidence in their ability to approach challenging scientific subjects.

My expertise in anatomy comes from years of study in medical school, where I’ve applied anatomical principles in both classroom and clinical settings. I’m experienced in teaching gross anatomy and anatomical relationships across multiple body systems. My tutoring approach focuses on integrating anatomy with physiology and clinical relevance, helping students understand not just structures, but how they relate to function and real-world medicine.
Physiology

Physiology

My expertise in physiology comes from years of study in medical school, where I’ve applied physiological principles in both classroom and clinical settings. I’m experienced in teaching cardiovascular, respiratory, renal, and other organ system physiology. My tutoring approach focuses on connecting physiological mechanisms to anatomy and clinical scenarios, helping students understand how the body works and why processes occur.
