I have a deep passion for math and education, and I believe every student has the potential to succeed with the right guidance and support. Currently, I am studying to become a nurse, which has not only enhanced my understanding of science and math but has also strengthened my problem-solving and critical thinking skills. I bring this perspective into my tutoring sessions, where I focus on making concepts clear and accessible to students, especially in math and English. I want to ensure that students not only understand the material but also feel confident in their abilities.

My tutoring experience spans several years, working with students of varying ages and academic backgrounds. I have helped students in elementary and middle school tackle math problems, improve reading comprehension, and develop strong writing skills. I also have experience helping high school students with more advanced math, such as algebra and geometry. Throughout this journey, I’ve learned to adapt my teaching methods to each student’s unique learning style, whether that means breaking down complex concepts into simpler steps, using real-life examples, or encouraging active participation. I aim to create a comfortable learning environment where students feel supported and encouraged to ask questions and explore new ideas.

I have worked both one-on-one and in group settings, and I believe that personalized, hands-on instruction is key to helping students succeed. Whether I’m assisting with homework or preparing for exams, I make sure that every student has a clear understanding of the material before moving on to new topics. I also recognize the importance of motivation, so I strive to foster a positive, goal-oriented approach to learning.
