With a Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education from Concordia University, St. Paul, MN, I have cultivated a strong foundation in teaching and educational development. Additionally, I hold a Standard Elementary License from the State of Nevada, which I earned and maintained throughout my teaching career. This educational background, combined with my hands-on experience, has shaped my ability to adapt and thrive in diverse teaching environments, whether in the classroom, virtual settings, or one-on-one tutoring.

Throughout my career, I have gained valuable experience in various teaching roles. As a Math Intervention Teacher with Catapult Learning, I specialized in identifying learning gaps through data-driven assessments and customizing intervention strategies for students. I led virtual learning sessions, ensuring student engagement and fostering collaborative environments for online learning. Additionally, as a Substitute Teacher with Kokua Education, I demonstrated flexibility and adaptability by managing classrooms across different grade levels and subjects, effectively stepping into various teaching environments and maintaining an organized and supportive atmosphere.

My teaching experience spans several years, beginning as a Lead Teacher at Kids Learning Path, where I worked closely with children aged 3-5 years old, providing both instructional support and ensuring a safe learning environment. I also held the position of Director at Childcare Development Schools, where I led a team of educators, promoting professional development and fostering a positive learning culture. I have experience working with students ranging in age from 18 months to elementary-aged children, and my approach has always been student-centered, whether through group instruction or individualized support. This experience, alongside my leadership roles, has honed my ability to adapt instructional methods to meet the diverse needs of my students.
