Hi! I'm Darrell. I love math and teaching. I am a formerly-certified teacher and have full-time teaching experience. I taught 8th grade during that time, but as a graduate student in math, I've also taught a portion of a Calculus II course for three semesters. Darrell is a great tutor! Very knowledgable and organized. During online sessions he uses a OneNote app and color codes his work which is a HUGE help for math. It’s like interactive Khan Academy videos. Our sessions have been more informative than my actual classes!

Darrell has been helping me with Differential equations and is one of the best tutors I have had. He is super prepared and patient which is what I need. He always asks for the problems ahead of time so that he can be ready to go and he doesn’t waste your time. I wish all of the wyzant tutors were like him.
