She has really helped us understand the language and feel more confident with the material. Margarita also spends a lot of her own time preparing online work for us to practice during the sessions. Margarita, in addition to being a good Spanish teacher, understands how to navigate the school system, which is more complex than ever today. She guided us to the right people and information our son needed for study, which was somewhat of a mystery till she got involved. She helped us breakthrough the communications issues we were having to get the resources and cooperation from his teacher and establish rapport with him as well. She is very understanding, patient and effective.

Senora Margarita has done a great job with our two kindergartners this semester. She started off with several exploratory sessions and came back with activities and lessons that were engaging for the 5 year olds. There was a bit of a learning curve as expectations from both sides were being set but I am confident in her ability to move forward with lessons that encourage the children to learn in a fun setting. I would recommend her to other parents looking to get their young kids started in a second language.

Class Act

Margarita has been tutoring my three children (ages: 13, 11, 11) for several months now in Spanish. She is truly a class act. Margarita is professional and focused on the lesson, yet makes it fun and exciting for the age level of my children. She captures their attention and keeps then engaged. She always comes prepared and full of energy, never "tired" after a busy day. My kids love her. Margarita is never in a hurry! She will stay after class is over and explain the material my children reviewed and answer any questions I have. She has e-mailed me extra material to give me a better understanding of what my children are learning. As a busy parent of three, I have been appreciative of her flexibility and patience with my crazy schedule. She never complains when I have to reschedule or change a lesson time. She is very understanding of parenting and scheduling!! I think Margarita is the best tutor we have had. She is fantastic!
