Over my career, I have been CFO of six entities across a broad range of products and services. In these positions, I have raised public and private debt and prepared IPO filings for public equity offerings. I have taken master level finance and investment courses while pursuing my masters degree.

I passed the CPA and CMA exams in my first sittings and went on to become CFO of 6 entities covering manufacturing, energy and services. While performing these jobs I trained, developed, taught and promoted more than 50 accountants. I earned a BA degree from New England College majoring in Accounting and Math and an MBA Degree from Carnegie Mellon University (CMU). While at CMU I was the Financial and Managerial Accounting MBA Teaching Assistant and was voted best teaching assistant. I also on multiple occasions taught the Dale Carnegie Public Speaking and Dave Ramsey Financial Peace classes so I relate well with college and adult students.

I have been CFO/Controller of 2 manufacturing entities (Last 2017) and was the graduate teaching assistant for Managerial Accounting at Carnegie Mellon University. I have passed both the CPA and CMA exams in my first sittings showing I know how to study. I have 10+ years working in various positions using job costing, standard costing and manufacturing accounting. I have significant experience tutoring and teaching college and adult students.

Additionally, I took the Dale Carnegie Public Speaking course and then became a teaching assistant for 3 future classes.

I have a Masters of Science in Industrial Administration from Carnegie Mellon University, a top math based program and majored in Math and Accounting at New England College. I have significant tutoring experience with a very high student based rating. I recently retook and passed with high marks the official SAT practice exams so I feel current on the required material.
