I first started tutoring back in my High School, where I realized teaching the material to my peers was fulfilling in a way I'd never imagined- and it helped me better master the material to boot! I spent most of my tutoring time in remedial Algebra, where I helped people who had been left behind get back on track for graduation. I also had a friend's mom start going back to college- she was a good student, but she hadn't been in a math class in 20 years, and we worked out a plan to renew her math skills and get her on the path for that bachelor's degree. I specialize in working with students who struggle with the traditional classroom setup or standard path to graduation. I firmly believe you don't really fail until you stop trying, and I am confident when we work together you can and will succeed in all your academic goals. Algebra, or an older adult coming back to college after decades out of school, I've done it all!

Her are some of my policies you ought to know: For those of you who are interested in in-person sessions here in Corpus Christi, TX, I am open to our sessions in public spaces and in your home. For virtual sessions, I require a 12hr notice for cancellations/rescheduling; for in-person sessions, I require a 24hr notice.
