Driven by a passion for using mathematics to solve real-world problems, I am a Computational Mathematics graduate (B.S., GPA 3.6/4.0, Creighton University) with a Certification in Computational Tools (Mathematica, MATLAB) and am preparing to begin my M.S. in Computational Mathematical and Statistical Sciences. My academic background combines rigorous mathematical theory with advanced computational and statistical techniques, enabling me to approach complex challenges in data analysis, modeling, and applied problem-solving with precision and creativity.
I have tutored students at a wide range of levels—from middle and high school learners building strong foundations in algebra, geometry, and calculus to undergraduates exploring advanced topics such as Numerical Methods, Linear Algebra, Probability, Mathematical Modeling, Discrete Structures, and programming for mathematical applications. My experience spans both in-person and online instruction, allowing me to tailor each session to a student’s pace, goals, and learning style. Since beginning as an undergraduate tutor, I have supported students through coursework, exam preparation, and applied projects. I focus on simplifying complex material into clear, manageable steps, using visual models, algorithmic reasoning, and real-world examples to illuminate abstract ideas. I have also contributed to developing academic resources that strengthen learning in computational and applied mathematics.
My teaching approach is structured yet adaptable, emphasizing clarity, confidence, and independent reasoning. I strive to identify knowledge gaps, reinforce essential concepts, and foster curiosity and persistence—helping students build lasting understanding and effective problem-solving skills. I take pride in making mathematics both approachable and engaging and look forward to supporting your continued growth and success.
